Aurora Consulting builds strong relationships with its business and management clients by providing high-quality work, practical “how-to” solutions, visionary and creative ideas and on-going support for long-term projects.
Aurora Consulting began in 1999 to provide business and management consulting for Alaska’s businesses and communities. During the past ten years, we have worked with a wide variety of organizations, government agencies and businesses - large and small, public and private, startups and those with years of success. A common theme that resonates throughout our client engagements is teamwork. We are our most successful when we are able to work collaboratively with our clients to deliver sustainable solutions.
We approach each project with the attitude of “problem-solving” rather than “problem-learning.” We believe effective communication and teamwork between the company and our clients is a necessary element for meeting their goals and objectives. It is our belief, based on years of experience, that it is critical to actively involve the end users in all stages of a successful client engagement.
