We

Cities and Tribal Governments

Alaska is home to 143 incorporated cities and 246 federally recognized tribal governments. And, while we haven't been to every one, our team has provided business consulting services to nearly 50 percent of these governmental entities over the past 25 years.

Our services to Alaska's governmental entities cover every aspect of life and business needs from marketing a city-owned cultural tour to assisting a village-owned water utility to establish new user rates to facilitating community meetings for over 400 Juneau residents. In any given month, we are consulting with small Alaska communities, we are helping to prepare and submit grant applicants for federal and state funding and we are providing bookkeeping training to retail fuel operators. But, our work isn’t just for small city or community governments. We also have worked on behalf of the Municipality of Anchorage and larger communities on economic development strategies.

Because we represent large and small towns throughout the state, as well as tribal governments, our team understands better than most the unique challenges facing Alaska's communities and what it takes to develop their infrastructure, train their employees and plan for their futures.
